Top 5 Video game Powers that would be really useful IRL.

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN THE IMAGES USED IN THIS POST.

I decide to do another Top list. This time, I wanted to talk about some video game powers which I really wish I had from time to time. As for the rules, this list is mostly based on my personal opinion and taste. I'm not putting powers from games I didn't play. A single power may be prevalent in multiple games. I'm rating these based on how useful I think they will be to me. You maybe thinking, "But a lot of video game powers are awesome." I agree with you but, most of these powers will either turn you into a super hero or villain. I'd much rather go about my life as me and NOT be the center of attention. Let's begin!

My top 5 storngest video game protagonists

WARNING! THE IMAGES USED IN THIS POST WERE ONES I FOUND ON THE INTERNET. I DO NOT OWN THESE IMAGES.

It's been a while since I've done a top list. So here's one now! This is a list of the top 5 video game protagonists I consider the strongest. Before I begin, I should warn you, Just because a character is strong, doesn't mean he's cool and awesome. These are just the strongest protagonists in video games, in my opinion. For this list, I'm taking into account how strong the character becomes near the end of the game. But a temporary power boost that lasts for one fight won't count. That means "Hyper Samus" from Super Metroid is disqualified but Gravity Suit Samus with all upgrades is still a contender. Like I did with "My top 5 powerful video game weapons" list, I'm judging them by how powerful each of them are in there own game. So, in terms of raw power a lower ranked protagonist may actually be stronger than higher ranked protagonist. I'm also counting the weapons and armors and stuff you can find or buy during the end of the game as part of the protagonists' power. But guys who fight using vehicles only are not qualified for this list. And although this should be common knowledge, this list is only my personal opinion. Enough stalling, let's begin!

The Top 3 Ace Attorney Characters I hate.

WARNING! THE FOLLOWING POST CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR ACE ATTORNEY 2, 3 AND 4 READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

DISCLAIMER: IMAGES USED IN THIS POST ARE FROM THE INTERNET. I DO NOT OWN THESE IMAGES.
I'm definitely not going to make any friends with this list. A while back I did a top 5 list on my favorite Ace Attorney characters. This time I'm doing a top 3 list on the Ace Attorney characters I hate. Why a top 3? Because there's not enough characters I hate to make a top 5 list. As for this list, I'm excluding characters from Dual Destines and Gyakuten Kenji 2. This list is only my opinion. So don't get to angry if a character I hate happens to be your favorite character. With that out of the way let's begin.

My Top 5 Most favorite Ace Attorney Characters

So I did like a total of 7 reviews on Ace Attorney related stuff. Now I'm doing a top 5 list on my most favorite Ace Attorney Characters. Now this is my list and it's only my opinion. I'm ranking the characters mostly on how much I personally like them. But things like character development, how much we know about someone and how many times they've appeared in the games also plays a factor on this list. I'm also not including any characters from Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney, Dual Destines an
d Gyakuten Kenji 2 as I've never played them. With that out of the way let's start of with this list.

5.Ema Skye or Larry Butz: We're starting this list with a tie for the 5th spot between Ema Skye and Larry Butz. Larry gets the 5th spot because Larry is a comic character. He's helped both Phoenix and Edgeworth in some tight situations and he's been in 3 games. He made me laugh by doing stupid things like presenting a bad drawing as evidence and feeding Pearls rotten potatoes. But at the end of the day, you can't help feeling somewhat sorry for him as he gets dumped by his girlfriends over and over again. But he somehow manages to always get a new girlfriend.

Ema Skye get this spot because to me, she's the perfectly realistic symbol of someone's life not going the way he/she planned. In the first Ace Attorney game, she is totally obsessed with forensic science and appears to be destined to be in the forensic department. But in Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, you learn that she's not on the forensic team rather a detective. Besides this, in the first game, she really helps out with the 5th case. And when she's not, she 'scientifically' states the obvious and makes me laugh at times. In AJ:AA, she helps a lot more with investigations and is (sometimes) funny as well. Overall, I think she's very deserving of this spot.

4.Maya Fey: Maya Fey is Wrights assistant. You meet her in the 2nd case of the 1st game after *SPOLIERS* Mia dies. She is arrested because the police suspect her of killing her sister. As you agree to defend her, you learn a lit about where she's from and what she's been through. At that point you feel kinda sorry for her. Later she becomes your assistant after the events of the 2nd case. Honestly, at first I kinda found her annoying. But after going spending 9 cases across 3 games with her, she kinda grew on me. This attachment between Maya and the player is used to make the 5th and final case of Trials and Tribulations simply EPIC! Although Justice for All does something similar in it's 4th case, I personally feel that the 5th case of T&T bring out the feeling of the risk of losing someone more efficiently. For this reason she's my 4th favorite Ace Attorney character.

3.Detective Dick Gumshoe: Detective Dick Gumshoe is one of the best characters in Ace Attorney. He's funny, he's enthusiastic, he's helpful and to top it all off, his loyal to his friends. He's also got cool looks and really awesome theme. What's not like about this guy? The only reason his on No.3 spot, is because I like No.2 and No.1 even more.

2.Miles Edgeworth: Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth is my 2nd favorite Ace Attorney. I also hear that he was one of the hardest characters to develop. In the 2nd and 3rd case of the first case, he is a completely hated character. At the end of the 4th Case you gain a better understanding of him and you don't hate him... that much. In the 5th case he helps you find and expose the true villain and practically don't hate him at all. In the first 3 cases of the 2nd game, your tricked into believing he killed himself. And you start to feel a bit empty and you miss him. And the fact that your up against Franziska Von Karma makes you miss him even more. But his appearance in the 4th and final case makes you fill relieved and at the same time on edge as your facing The Demon Prosecutor in court defending a guy you know is the actual culprit with Maya's life on the line. He in the end helps you out of this problem and you like him even more. The only character I like more than Miles Edgeworth is...

1.Phoenix Wright: Of course Phoenix Wright is my favorite Ace Attorney Character. HE'S PHOENIX WRIGHT! He's loyal to his friends, he believes in his clients, he's funny, his serious when he has to be and his got the ability to turn a case all the way around in a matter of minutes. He's also got the power to make something like law EPIC. Although you uncover why he's a defense attorney and his relation to Edgeworth and Larry. His relation to Mia Fey and Dahlia are explored and is character is developed in T&T. He is my most favorite Ace Attorney of all.

Honorable Mentions: Godot, Lotta Hart, Apollo Justice, Mia Fey, and Winston Payne.

Top 10 Creepypastas (Internet Horror Stories) I've read.

I like to read creepypastas from time to time. So I'm making yet another top 10 list on the 10 best creepypastas I've read.
Rules:

1. I'm rating the creepypastas based on 3 factors: How much I enjoyed the story, how much the story scared me and how long I thought about the story

2. I’m rating the stories based on my opinion.

3. This isn’t really a rule but a note. I will leave links to the full story at the end of each entry. Feel free to check these out if you haven’t already read them,

Now let’s get started with this list.

10. Mr. Mix: Mr. Mix is a gaming creepypasta based on a typing game of the same name. It seemed like a pretty good story to me. The reason it’s only on number 10 is because it didn’t really scare me all that much and I spent little time thinking about it. It’s still a good Creepypasta to read from time to time and I’d recommend you to try it out. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Mr._Mix

9. Smile.JPG (A.K.A Smile. Dog): Smile.JPG is a pretty popular creepypasta. It’s about a picture that people used to post in the form of chain mail on different websites from the 90’s to the early 2000’s. It’s on number 9 on my list because I didn’t really enjoy the writing too much. But it did scare me more than Mr.mix and I even spent more time thinking about it. Give this a read if you’ve got time. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Smile.JPG

8. Unknow Format: Unknown format is creepypasta about a guy who gets a program that will let him play the games he got from his friend on his computer. This program allows him to do this with ease but he must always follow the instructions. If he doesn’t, the game turns into dark and sinister version of its original self. This creepypasta is written in a style you don’t often see. I enjoyed reading and thinking about it. http://someordinarygamers.wikia.com/wiki/Unknown_Format

7. I HATE YOU: I hate you is a Mario creepypasta. It is pretty enjoyable. It has a few plot holes here and there but nothing that spoils it. I spent a lot of time thinking about this one and really enjoyed it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVYZpZrtomE

6. Funnymouth: Funny mouth is beautifully written creepypasta by Slimebeast. It can get confusing but it’s still nice to read. Try it out! http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Funnymouth

5. Secret Admirer: People will probably hate me for rating this higher than funnymouth but this my list with my opinions. This is a type of creepypasta you listen to instead of read. It’s about a boy obsessed with a girl he likes. What happens to him… It’s best to discover for yourself. It got me scared, got me thinking and I liked listening to this. Try it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSTG_KM_t3Q&list=PL376vJF9hLjhrM4s5jYmj4mTAYvhC-3PX

4. Mother’s Call: This is incredibly small creepypasta. A girl is playing in her room upstairs when she hears her mother calling her from the kitchen. She walks down the stairs to the kitchen. As she reached the 1st floor, someone pulled her into a cupboard. It was her mother. She whispered “Don’t go in the kitchen. I heard it too.” This is where the story ends. The beauty of this story is that, its scare factor depends completely on the reader’s interpretation of the story. It gets the number 4 spot because this is the story that made me spend the longest time thinking about it. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Mother%27s_Call

3. Spongebob’s Suicide: This is a lost episode creepypasta about Spongebob Squarepants, a TV show owned by Nickelodeon. Now I’m not talking about the creepypasta Squidward’s Suicide. As popular as it is, let’s face it, its way overrated. It has tons of clichés and random child violence. Now Spongebob’s Suicide is like a hidden gem among creepypastas. People rarely talk about it. This creepypasta depicts a lost episode of Spongebob where we see a depressed Spongebob. A lot of the things in this story make sense and fits really well with the overall atmosphere of the story. It made me think about it for quite a long time and it also delivered on the scare factor. This is why I put this at number 3. If you’re not cursing me for making this list right now, feel free to check it out. I highly recommend you listen to this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_ReBc8vTkU

2. Facebook Friends: Here we have another beautiful creepypasta by Maximilian Porky. It’s about a guy who creates a Facebook account. He randomly requests people to be his friend even if he doesn’t know them. Now the thing about this creepypasta that really got me was that these types of people actually exist in the world. I realized that this story can easily be true. This is what scared me the most. I can’t just brush this off as just another made-up ghost story because these types of psychopaths exist. This is the story that scared me the most. This is why it gets number 2 spot on the list. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Facebook_Friends

1. NES Godzilla: This story is a masterpiece. This creepypasta is huge and image heavy. I had the most fun reading this one. It gets the top spot on my list purely because how much I enjoyed reading this one. It’s about a guy who gets the game NES Godzilla for is NES. He soon experiences glitches, changes in game and even graphics (not hyper-realistic) that go beyond the limitations of the NES. You should definitely read this if you have the time. http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/NES_Godzilla_Creepypasta

That’s it for this post.
Thanks for reading!

My Top 5 Most powerful video game weapons.

I like to watch/read top 10/5 lists. So I thought "Why not make my own list?" So here I am!
Rules:

1. One entry per franchise: Do I really need to explain this?

2. In-game usefulness: For this list, I'm ranking the weapons based on how powerful they are in their respective game. These aren't given these positions best on how powerful they are against each other. This also means that I'm only counting weapons that I can use myself. NO BOSS WEAPONS.

3. Power-ups and abilities don't count: Power-ups and abilities like Mario's Fire-flower or Samus' screw-attack are disqualified from this list. Only weapons that you can use like knives, guns, spears etc.

4. Vehicles and power suits don't count: A vehicle or power-suit doesn't count as a weapon. I will, however, count the weapons that is used by the vehicle separately and will have a shot at making this list.

5. One out of many forms of a weapon will be considered: Weapons like Megaman's Mega buster has many different forms/ attacks. In this case, I'll count the forms separately.

6. My opinion: THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY! I'll count the weapons of games I've played. What I chose as No.5 maybe No.1or NO.100 in someone else's list of best/worst weapons list. If I didn't mention a weapon you thought was powerful, then, I probably haven't played the game it's in... Yet!
With that out of the way, let's get on with this list.

5. The Master Sword (Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past): I'll be honest. The only Legend of Zelda game I ever played was A Link to the Past. So the well balanced and powerful Master Sword from this game is on the 5th spot of the list. It's a effective weapon that is useful against enemies of all shapes, sizes, and forms. It's ranged attacks makes fighting a whole lot easier!

4. Chaos Breaker (Shining Force): SRPGs aren't easy. Sometimes you face a constant threat of your main character dying in battle. This may result in restarting the stage or a game-over. This problem is also there in Shining Force. However, it is completely removed once you get the Chaos Breaker. This sword can only be equipped by the main character. It can cast a moderately powerful spell. But the thing you'll notice the most is it's insane damage. It's capable of one-hit-killing many of your foes. Other than bosses, your enemies won't survive more than 3 hits. If you manage to get in a critical, well, It'll one-hit anything. It turns the main character from a good character to an almost invincible killing machine.

3. Z-Sabre (Megaman Zero 2/3): The Z-Sabre in the Megaman Zero series are all powerful. In the end, it was all down to which game had the best set of moves you can perform with it. I couldn't decide between Zero-2 and Zero-3 because both of their move set is very powerful. You feel unstoppable while wielding this sword. You can beat about 70% of all enemies (except bosses) with this sword alone. As for which element is the best with it? I say none. The normal Z-Sabre is the best version.

2. BFG 9000 (Doom/ Doom-II): You were expecting this as No.1 weren't you? Well, so was I. Before I started this list I thought for sure that this was the most powerful video-game weapon ever. But after considering my choices, I realized that there was one other weapon that can be stronger than even the mighty room clearing, monster-slaying, Insanely over-powered BFG. What is it? I'll tell you later. Those of you who haven't played Doom, the BFG is one of the strongest weapons you'll ever see. It fires a green energy ball that instantly kills all but two monsters in the game. If you're a terrible shot and you happen to miss, don't worry! When the energy ball hits anything, it does huge splash damage to any threat that is in your field of view. It can kill the the strongest monster in the game (with 4000HP) in just 2-3 shots. It can kill a room full of weaker enemies if they are all in your view. What can be better than the BFG? Well...

1. Twin Laser (Raptor Call of The Shadows): A lot of you probably never heard of this game. I'll just say that your strongest weapon is something that can kill almost EVERY ENEMY IN THE GAME IN JUST 1 SHOT! Bosses take 2 shots. A little harder bosses still take two shots. Basically, you fire two beams from the two wings of your ship that look sorta like Kamehamehas that kill anything it touches almost instantly. It's rate of fire is about 2 times per second. Making you cable of killing boss after boss in 1 second. Still not convinced it's better than the BFG? Well how about this then? The BFG has a shot limit of 15 right? Well the Twin Laser has infinite shots. You can basically just hold down the fire button and avoid bullets to win.

Honorable Mentions: Here are some weapons that were just short of making the list: Mani Katti (Fire Emblem), Sniper Rifle (Ice 9), Super Shotgun (Doom II), Shotgun (Doom), SG-5 (Front Misson 2).

Did you enjoy this list? What would be your most powerful video-game weapon?
